Koynē Program present the exhibition Observatorium as the result of the work of the six participating artists at the South - North Circuit during 2022-2023.
On this occasion the exhibition was held in Madrid, the exhibition highlights the end of a collaboration process carried out between the participating artists, the circuit residencies and the exchange program.
In the exhibition we can explore the various interactions, divergences and connections between the participants who undertook a creative journey. This journey involved questioning and reevaluating the unforeseen relationships that arise when interacting with various spaces, customs, technologies and materials. The artworks on display and the artists' processes encourage reflection on the varied exchanges that occur within the environments they explored. These include the technocultural traditions established in different geographic regions, the processes of adaptation to diverse environments and the ecosystem as a multifaceted agent that is interconnected across borders.
