ABOUT KOYNE RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Focusing on developing a creative process of research, exchange and production, Koyne Residency Program invites multidisciplinary artists to participate in one of the residency options.
Each residency option has accommodation and a development and feedback program based on the needs of each artist. Additionally, part of the program consists of meetings with selected curators/mentors depending on residency period, as well as a program of visits to art institutions. In addition to the focus on networking, the residency provides artists with curatorial support.
The residency period may involve research and studies, testing ideas, or actual production, offering a opportunity to boost participants' practices both nationally and internationally. The program welcomes researchers from different areas with a creative profile, providing a diverse environment for all involved.
Residencies can last from 1 or 2 weeks onwards.
The program encourages each artist to present their practice, research, work or project to the public during the residency.
