Samples of bio-materials in paste form, suitable for manual extrusion, modelling or 3D printing (fluids) based on coffee waste provided by the Örö Ravintola 12” restaurant, different gelling and thickening polymers of plant origin were added, according to the recipe.
Samples of laminar and mouldable bio-materials based on coffee waste, different polymers were added according to the recipe such as: alginate, animal and plant-based gelling agents.
